The mission of the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) is to prepare globally-minded, community-focused physicians to meet the needs of rural and medically under-served populations and promote research to improve human health. As the admissions coordinator I am involved in recruitment and admitting applicants to the college. Specifically:-acting as the "front lines" for our over 4,000 applicants-giving tours to perspective students-assisting applicants with application instructions-travel 3-4 times/month to undergraduate schools serving as the official recruiter for the college-coordinating >50 interview days per year-managing our Ambassador program on campus

The J.F. Smith Group is a project management firm in fund-raising. Helping to manage every phase of a feasibility study and/or capital campaign. The J.F. Smith Group believes in a staff-driven approach to fund-raising. While volunteers do play a vital role in any fund-raising effort, JFSG puts the leadership and responsibility in the hands of associates and the key players from any organization. Unlike some consulting firms, our senior staff is directly involved in every campaign we conduct. As part of this staff-driven approach, JFSG conducts in-depth solicitations and the main goals is to leave organizations better equipped in the areas of development after our time together has come to an end. As the AVP of Marketing/Operations I was involved with:-planning workshops and speaking engagements for potential clients-creating and maintaining marketing materials-interviewing candidates during the feasibility studies-analyzing data during and after feasibility studies-assisting with day to day office operations

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.-Assisted with raising funds at one of the many Field Operations office's that St. Jude has around the country-Worked on the Atlanta Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer by assisting with logistics, sponsorships, and corporate teams for the event-Helped each employee in the office by completing day-to-day tasks such as mailings and phone calls.-Secured the location/food/decor for St. Jude fundraising event in Birmingham, AL -Worked with a team of 7 on a research project on how St. Jude can appeal to millennials

-Assisted the professional staff and served as the first-responder to all emergencies within the facility. -Monitored numerous areas of the facility including the basketball courts, weight room, and cardio deck for usage, participant behavior, and building security. -Enforced regulations concerning facility use, provide information to patrons, and perform daily custodial duties to maintain a safe, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

The Purpose of Delta Delta Delta shall be to establish a perpetual bond of friendship among its members, to develop a stronger and more womanly character, to broaden the moral and intellectual life, and to assist its members in every possible way. As chapter president, I had a hand in every aspect of our organization.-Managed a chapter of over 200 women-Re-wrote chapter bylaws/procedures -Managed over $250,000 worth of finances-Secured a new pledge class of >175 members-Served on Panhellenic Council as Tri-Delta liaison-Facilitated Officer's Council weekly-Organized and ran chapter meetings weekly-Helped restore alumni relations

Directing over 200 women in raising money for Children's Cancer Charities. In two years our chapter successfully raised over $150,000 for the children of St. Jude, and other children's cancer charities including Camp Smile-A-Mile, and Alex's Lemonade Stand.

As a counselor I preform multiple duties during the summer months:-provide a safe environment to <100 campers and/or their siblings-make sure cabins/dining hall/other areas are ready when campers arrive-assist in fundraising events in the off-season-maintain relationships with families
