I have been working for a privately owned software development academy for the last five and a half years. Having started out as a junior salesperson generating $70,000/year, I have been able to study and learn the business and grow my personal sales up to half a million a year. For the past 2 years, I have been managing a sales team of 5-15 people that now generate around $3,000,000/year for the company. Working for a small company has allowed me to learn first hand what it takes to consistently hit production quotas, learn new things, take on more responsibility and ensure all members of my team are happy and productive. I’ve learned to be very solution-oriented in hitting production targets and operating on a make-it-go-right mentality.
