Clean the salon top to bottom every Monday morning, made sure salon was clean and laundry was completed, kept up with inventory in the POS system, conducted payroll and schedules, ordered product and scheduled appointments for 16 stylists, marketed for myself in person and on social media, took care of guests in a timely and efficient manner, sold Aveda products exclusively, managed stylists to make sure they stayed on time AND took care of their guests, dealt with guests complaints and problems, made coffee, tea, and water for guests, managed the front desk associates, confirmed upcoming guests, coordinated weddings, etc.

Performed all hair services including cuts, color, and Keratin treatments, managed mine and my employers schedule and clientele, made sure salon was clean and laundry was completed, kept up with inventory in the POS system, ordered product and scheduled classes for my employer, marketed for myself in person and on social media.
