- Collect on all different types of accounts from utilities to banking and loans.- Take inbound and outbound calls.-Work with customers to create payment plans which are in line with their affordability and don’t cause further detriment.-Be polite, understanding, approachable and empathetic of peoples hardship and circumstances-update customers accounts with in-depth notes of calls taken to help the customers journey.- Asking questions to fully understand customers circumstances and help with the customers journey and experience with OPOS.Filling out income and expenditures for all customers.Ensuring the best outcome for the customer eg. Payment plans, token payments or holds.-Working with other agents when needed to provide customers with the smoothest experience.- Taking payments.- Working my diary with call backs and holds.
