Maintain same functions of previous role in addition of Graduate Admission Processing to include: - Provides leadership to the Graduate Admission Processing staff- Management of Graduate Admission Application System & Staff Portals (Liaison)- Collaborates with Academic Colleges and UTSA faculty for the implementation of graduate admission requirements and deadlines for over 100 graduate programs.- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Undergraduate Committee Review process and provides leadership to the staff responsible for admission decisions.

- Leadership and supervision of admissions processing team members to ensure quality processing and accurate information is displayed to support University mission and internal departments (One Stop Enrollment Center, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Academic Advising, Academic Colleges, Institutional Research, etc.) - Works collaboratively to maintain admission processes that align with university, system, state, and accreditation policies and procedures. - Coordinate with Information Technology for appropriate technical support and system implementation on all process and projects related to admission.- Continuously research rules and regulations and best practices related to admissions. Identify, propose, and implement process or policy improvements as it relates to undergraduate admissions processing - Serve as the point of contact and collaborative partner for University partners (One Stop Enrollment, Recruitment, Marketing and Communication, etc.) for all aspects related to Undergraduate Admissions. - Provide customer support and assist administrators, students, faculty and staff to resolve issues or special requests.- Manage special admission programs such as Alamo Runners, UT Coordinate Admission Program, Alamo OnTRAC, etc. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Successful implementation of two new undergraduate application platforms - Scarlet and Common Application.- Successful Implementation of the Self Reported Academic Record (SRAR) System.- Decreased admission turn around times by 52%- Created documentation and training manuals for 75% of processes.

- Graduation Coordination (document processing, graduation audits, commencement preparation, degree awarding, diploma printing, graduation reporting, etc.) - Grad Fest & Commencement event planning - National Student Clearinghouse enrollment reporting- Audit course registration - Coordinate with Enrollment Operations staff, advising centers, the Graduate School, and other departments regarding student issues. - Hiring & Training of new staffACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Development of new diploma and name change websites- Streamline commencement program processing- Degree conferral process improvement taskforce

- Graduate & Doctoral student graduation & academic standing processing. - Oversee Degree Works and program scribing for graduate programs- Advise issues related to graduate students (admission, registration, graduation, etc.). - Review and approval of dissertations & theses within ProQuest. - Graduate Catalog editing, review and approval in Acalog- New Graduate program and graduate course tracking and maintenance - Serve as liaison with graduate faculty & staff. - Cross trained and served as back up for graduate admission processing and graduate applicant supportACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Creation of new website, forms, and policies to streamline dissertation and thesis processing. - Implementation of Thesis & Dissertation formatting workshops- Implementation of graduation clearance utilizing Degree Works- Development of new leave of absence, course expiration, and course revalidation catalog policies.
