As a Dean's Ambassador, I work to develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and support faculty and staff in academic programs by advising senior administrators on strategic planning initiatives related to curricular development and assessment processes.Along with these processes, I help oversee recruitment efforts for faculty positions, including interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions based on the current infrastructure needs of academic units within the college and university setting.In this role, I serve as a liaison between college and university administrative offices and the Tulane University student body and facilitate regular meetings with faculty, staff, and students to discuss program goals and objectives. This allows me to engage in continuous improvement activities focused on increasing student success rates within academic departments and programs.These goals are achieved by maintaining open communication channels between college and university stakeholders such as parents, alumni, and donors and advocating for sufficient resources and support services to meet the needs of a diverse student body.

As the RSO, I am chaired executive board member of TUA. I am in charge of all the administrative duties of all of the clubs on campus in both the Tulane Graduate School and Undergraduate School. I oversee renewals of organizations and approval of student organizations. I am the first person that student organizations come to when they have a problem. I am also constructing the RSO position and working to create a student organization ambassador job position on campus. TUA is the main student advocacy body on Tulane's campus. Morgan's Community Blankets is an organization that teaches students hands-on community service by making no-sew blankets that are distributed to various charities throughout the New Orleans communities during the winter months.
