-Successfully managed the Foundation’s 5 Community Initiatives, including all fundraising and community engagement efforts, by enacting a 3-year Development Plan, implementing new department-wide policies and procedures, conducting strategic prospect research and logistical oversight of events and partnerships.-Enhanced regional awareness and expanded the Foundation’s philanthropic impact by delivering over 155 presentations and speeches to local businesses, governments, and public-school districts.-Planned and executed community-wide events to cultivate lasting prospective donor relationships, help deepen community engagement, increase donor retention, and foster a philanthropic environment leading to a 103% increase of funds raised for the Foundation’s 5 Community Initiatives.-Conducted complex market analysis research through public records to generate tailored mailing lists targeting high-capacity prospective donors and corporate partners resulting in a comprehensive database of more than 14,000 new prospective major donors.-Spearheaded communication between corporate partners and senior legal counsel, mitigated risk concerns with insurance representatives, and collaborated with state and city government officials to organize a city-wide two-day Music Festival in downtown Asheville, benefiting the Foundation’s You’re Special Fund.-Published press releases and conducted interviews with over 20 local news sources addressing regional healthcare needs and familiarizing WNC residents of WNC Bridge’s philanthropic mission and purpose.-Cultivated strong relationships with the Board of Directors through individual contact, delivered Development Reports to the Board of Directors, and facilitated quarterly Board Development Committee meetings to address development progress, integrate strategies, and maximize goals for the months to follow.
