I am a hard-working and motivated individual. I currently work on behalf of BT and EE supporting my team with direct sales and customer care. I had previously been working as a waiter/griller at Nando's UK & IRE, where I had gained proficient skills in customer service, food preparation, and restaurant operations.In my role at clearanswer I've seamlessly switched between sectors of the business to support the business needs, throughout my role I have expanded my customer service skills whilst gaining strong sales skills continuously exceeding kpis while delivering I high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.In my role at Nando's, I have demonstrated my ability to work well with others, handle busy rushes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. I have also progressed from being a waiter to being a chef, showing my willingness to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities.
