I have worked as an Implementation Specialist I at NextGen Healthcare since June 2023, after being promoted from a Jr Implementation Specialist role in less than a year. I made a recent transition to a Learning Specialist role after company restructure. In this role I training net-new clients on software, developing training plans and consult on best practices.As an implementation specialist, I configured, implemented and trained project members on NextGen products, aligning them with client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. I supported multiple clients as they go-live with new products, resolved issues through CRM and communicated project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. I successfully facilitated multiple upgrades of products and built quality relationships with my clients. Being a member of the Learning Committee, I was also involved in internal learning preparation projects for Beta release testing & acted as an internal department SME, preparing our department for the Beta release rollout.Previously, I worked as a Special Operations Ambassador for ScribeAmerica, where I implemented various virtual medical scribe sites, in the ambulatory space.
