As part of a team of museum gallery staff, I plan and implement activities, programs, and events for diverse audiences. I have created and facilitated several gallery activities according to seasonal and rotating exhibit themes to address multiple audiences and education levels.I collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to assess current gallery issues and propose solutions, as well as assisting with training new team members and volunteers in daily interpretation and educational activities.I researched, wrote, and led the 2023 Halloween Twilight Tales: Beyond the Grave (18+) tours, and am the main staff member in charge of set up, operation, and facilitation of the Star Lab Planetarium system.

As part of the Museum Studies program at IUPUI, I assisted the Ray Bradbury Center with exhibits design, archival processing, and community engagement efforts. I designed and installed the exhibit “Ray Bradbury’s Window into Joseph Mugnaini” displayed in the Cultural Arts Gallery of IUPUI during the fall. Additionally, I established exhibits within the front room of the Ray Bradbury Center to attract new audiences and created an exhibit style guide to promote longevity of the project. I learned archival processing methods to sort and categorize documents from Ray Bradbury’s personal collection, as well as assisting with researching and producing articles for the Bradbury Center’s monthly newsletter.
