Responsible for continuously monitoring, managing, and supporting multiple electronic discovery projects to ensure deadlines and project requirements are met. • Managed time-sensitive electronic discovery and technology projects, including executing database and document management requests, liaising with attorneys, staff, and vendors, and maintaining documentation.• Collaborated with legal technology supervisors to improve training sessions, conduct trainings for staff, test database features, and develop proprietary document management programs.

• As a core member of the Legal Assistant Services (LAS) Department management team, undertook a variety of projects including formalizing job expectations for staff, participating in a pilot management training program relating to leadership and relationship-building, and later collaborating on a firm-wide curriculum to implement leadership training for all LAS Department managers.• Acted as a key contributor in developing and implementing firm-wide best practices and training for document productions, electronic discovery, records management standards, and a restructured electronic firm policy acknowledgment platform.• Assisted Office of the General Counsel and Labor & Employment attorneys with sensitive firm matters, including document review and production for confidential litigation and monitoring of insurance negotiations.

Performed as the lead legal assistant on multiple active litigations. Responsibilities included designing and maintaining databases, managing a calendar for multiple related actions, corresponding with clients, experts, and defendants' and plaintiff's counsel, coordinating with the Firm's Legal Technology Department for document collections and productions, editing presentations, and drafting court papers. In addition, consulted with attorneys to assess new projects, assignments and case requirements and to anticipate and troubleshoot issues and complications. Participated in strategy meetings and assisted with discovery initiatives. Completed comprehensive database and project management training in order to serve as department liaison to the Firm's Legal Technology Department.
