I am a recent Business Management graduate from University of West Georgia. Engaging with others has always been a passion of mine, and that is why I decided marketing was my calling. After all, it’s all about making the brand memorable and appealing to the customer. I focus on building and maintaining customer relationships by helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. Well-rounded and driven are two traits that I believe most reflect me as an individual. I love to generate new ideas and devise realistic solutions to broadly relevant problems. I have worked in the customer service industry for 3 years, and was employed as a Guest Service Agent at Courtyard by Marriott. I have developed adequate skills in communication, attentiveness and analysis of customer needs. Also, I worked as a temporary Sales Market Associate. This position allowed me to gain a number of transferable skills such as channeling my artistic flair, taking initiative and the ability to manage time and customers. I think like a customer. My goal is leave an impact that positively shapes customer perception and the company’s reputation that I represent. It is tremendously rewarding to leverage my strong skills to ensure quality customer service.
