Working remotely as a member of a local Contact Tracing Team, main responsibilities included making calls to members of the public to interview them and give relevant public health advice and clear guidelines. Using a CRM system to record details of conversations, working to own initiative to deal with questions and concerns and also escalating to senior leads when appropriate. Working in a flexible way due to the rapidly ever-changing guidelines and procedures, being selected to be a part of sub-groups to help deal with variant of concerns, assisting Tracer team members with triaging their calls.
