- Organizes and overseeing the daily activities and clinic manager duties of the Frisco West location. - Creating schedules, keeping up with OSHA standards, managing staff, delegating tasks to the appropriate staff members, communicating with both patients and employers, and ensuring we are offering the highest level of patient care possible.- Setting and keeping up with clinic expectations, scores for both Google and Podium, and goals for clinic success. - Speaking on calls related to our success in these areas.- Continuing to train new Front Desk Coordinators and helping to train the new Center Managers in our POD. Continue to answer questions for both Front Desk and Clinic staff.- Maintain working relationships with the Occupational Medicine team and our Home Office departments.- Monitor Cash Management and other clinic policies and procedures.Rotate CM on-call weekends with other leaders in our POD.- Complete supply orders for my clinic, and approve invoices for these orders.

- Manage front desk representatives- Verify patient’s insurance, check patients in and out of the clinic, answer phone calls and fax requests- Help to bring patients back for their appointments, discharging patients, and running quick tests in the lab- Conduct daily audits for patient charts, ensuring accuracy and correcting insurance- Oversee the front desk functions for both my POD of 7 clinics, while also monitoring the front desk efficiency for multiple other pods in my Region 3. - Direct and monitor the patient flow, and perform live auditing of the front desk procedures.- Checking money deposits and eDPRs daily to ensure accuracy and being a main line of communication between the billing department and different insurance companies to verify benefits and payments for patients and ensuring the patient reps have all of the tools they need.- Helping both disgruntled employees and patients while escalating issues to proper departments and completing follow-ups from patient interactions.

- Interviewing new employees and training new patient representatives- Verifying insurance, answering phone calls from both patients and employees, checking patients in and out of the clinic- Checking eDPRs and handling money and deposits.- Being a main line of communication between the billing department and different insurance companies to verify benefits and payments for patients.- Going through mail, giving faxes to the providers, and helping disgruntled patients.

- Leading the shift, writing setups, handing catering orders, handling money, deposits, and going to the bank.- Handling disgruntled guests, both opening and closing the store, and delegating tasks to team members.- Ran and delegated family fun nights where we do crafts and activities to help teach younger children about a variety of things.
