Tasked with pre-sales support, technical support, user training and training development for the Bentley Communication software suite.Focused around Bentley Fiber, a fiber-optic network design application, the suite included Inside Plant (ISP), Copper and Coax modules.Installation and configuration of the software also required basic SQL and Oracle (v9) admin knowledge.Worked closely with the software development team to improve both the software and documentation.

Worked on behalf of Actix for Sprint-Nextel in Atlanta, NYC, and Boston. Used Actix ACP software to model and plan the RF optimisation of thousands of iDEN sites across 7 U.S. states.Application testing to support the Actix software development team (Agile environment). Trained and coached end-users as they transitioned to using Actix software.Also used the Optimi Wizard planning tool (DEMS based) for modeling the network and quantifying ACP results.

Worked on behalf of CSC on the Dutch government's C2000 TETRA and P2000 paging networks. Did testing, optimising and planning to improve the public-safety network (PSN).Experience included creating propagation models with Odyssey software (DEMS-based modelling), extensive drive testing, voice-quality testing, troubleshooting and improving network parameters.Enjoyed working in a predominantly Dutch environment.
