-Place advertisements for upcoming shows through billboards, social media, radio, television, and other various outlets.-Assist Executive Director with arena event bookings by providing cost estimates, leading walk-throughs, and working with the entire management team in planning each event and production. -Develop relationships with potential sponsors and maintain partnerships with current sponsors by providing proposals and YTD statistics, negotiating agreement terms, and brainstorming new marketing opportunities. -Design artwork for arena promoted events, localize artwork for tour promoters, and create year-end reports sent to ownership, sponsors, and management company utilizing Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and more.-Manage all website and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for Hartman Arena by coordinating with tour promoters, creating content, and analyzing insights and data for each event.

-Correspond with realtors, clients, and others regarding the status of their closings and progress of the residential developments for RE/MAX Premier and Schellenberg Development Company.-Act as the Managing Broker’s assistant by compiling real estate files, handling commission checks, closing out transactions, planning events, and managing all RE/MAX Premier social media platforms. -Contact vendors and other suppliers for events, agent signage and cards, headshots, and training.
