Over the course of my three years as a Resident Assistant, I worked in both First year and Upper-class halls. On average, I was responsible for 50 residents per year. I worked on staffs varying in size from 7 to 16 Resident Assistants to create a positive community within our residential area. I worked to promote positive decision making, enforce campus policy, and manage a budget to host various programs throughout the year.

As a SBS Intern at WM I implemented critical thinking in a high volume setting in order to process requests for, resolve problems, and address concerns of WM clients through Acorn, a customized ERP system. I worked with a team of 20 SBS interns to uphold an industry leading level of client satisfaction. In doing so I, personally, received accolades on multiple occasions from one of WM’s largest national accounts stating that I was a knowledgeable, polite, and efficient representative. Additionally, as a member of the Project Services Team I coordinated between clients and vendors to ensure that all requests were completed in compliance with the corporate contracts.
