Legal Administrative Assistant
Responsible for client file management and organization, including maintaining deal checklists and compiling closing books. Acted as a liaison between attorneys and clients; advised and assisted deal team, primarily during signature page process. Legal responsibilities included drafting, reviewing and revising organizational documents and filing documents with the Secretary of State and IRS. Also responsible for a range of administrative duties, including processing invoices and expenses, monitoring attorney inboxes and calendars and completing tasks as assigned.
