With almost a decade of experience in media production, I am a versatile and creative video professional who can handle every facet of video content creation. I have skills in writing, scripting, shooting, directing, editing, and motion graphics design, and I have worked in various media platforms such as print, TV, live production, and online content.Currently, I am the lead video editor for the internet news show "News Without the Bullshit", a monthly half-hour news bloc dedicated to world news that might not be covered by more mainstream news outlets. I create the engaging and fast-paced motion graphics for every intro for the news channel, as well as edit the video segments for each episode. I also contribute to the research and writing of the scripts, and collaborate with the host and other editors to ensure the quality and consistency of the show. Previously, I was the lead video specialist at LiveWire Entertainment in Fargo, where I managed the live video production for various events and concerts. I also worked as a production assistant at KXMB, gaining valuable experience in live content and news production. In addition, I was a freelance photographer for Jostens yearbook photos, traveling across western North Dakota and taking over 5,000 photos of students.I have an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bismarck State College, where I learned the fundamentals of media production, communication, and journalism.
