My passion lies in seeing others grow and I have pursued experiences and job opportunities that have allowed me to be a part of others' growth. I have worked in various institutions with children as a teaching assistant, childcare worker and mentor for college age students. My position as a resident assistant for 2 years in university also provided various opportunities to foster my skills in community building, relationship building, conflict management, and administrative duties. Striving for continuous improvement permeates everything that I do in my work and at home, and my drive to connect with others enriches my work life.Additionally, as a classically trained musician, I have experience performing in multiple settings including weddings and funerals. I continuously seek growth in my individual musicianship in these ways to not only grow individually but to model professional musicianship for my students.
