Under the supervision of counsel: - Drafted Wills and Power of Attorney documents; - Drafted Share and Asset Purchase Agreements;- Incorporated small businesses and drafted Articles of Incorporation, amended Articles, drafted Annual Minutes for small corporations, and created Minute Books; - Drafted Small Claims and Civil Law pleadings; - Drafted Separation Agreements and conducted Uncontested Divorce Applications; - Assisted in commercial real estate acquisitions; - Conducted client meetings and consultations in both English and French; and- Drafted correspondence in both English and French;

Under the supervision of Review Counsel, Law students conduct the work from the initial intake to the resolution of the matter.
