I currently work in the admissions department at a mental health facility, where I’ve been able to combine my passion for helping others with my experience in administrative and office duties. I have experience in providing compassionate care to individuals with special needs, and have been able to apply that knowledge in building rapport with patients struggling with their mental health. My day-to-day duties include insurance calls, drafting financial agreements, direct contact with potential clients to address questions/concerns, and completing admission paperwork with incoming patients. I possess a B.A. with a major in Literature, and have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
