While working as a waitress at Pizza Mia, I was able to gain people skills. Having people skills will benefit me in my end goal of becoming a physical therapist because everyday I will be dealing with people, and communicating with them. I was also able to receive leadership skills that will follow me for the rest of my life. Leadership and people skills are very important to a physical therapist, as someone who deals with people everyday, it will be easier to make quick decisions and advise other people when they need help.
