I helped to increase the university's visibility with students and families within the community. I assisted in recruitment events to help promote and introduce the college community to students and their families. I counseled students on the application process, as well as the financial aid process, and provided any additional information they might need in their decision process in a timely manner.I attended different events at community colleges, high schools, technical schools and college nights to promote the university and speak with prospective students.

Over the summer of 2013, I took care of an elderly woman with dementia. She also has a lesion on her brain that impaired her speech. As her provider, I cared for her in the mornings, making her meals, helping her gets dressed, as well daily health procedures.

At the Ridge View Motor Lodge, I answered phone calls, made reservations for customers, as well as checked in guests.

At the Christmas House, I would run to the back rooms, and the upstairs room, and find and package materials and items for customers. I also wrapped and packaged gifts and ornaments.
