Activities result in the successful processing of 450-550+ applications and interviews for 250-325 applicants on a yearly basis, producing an incoming class of 125 students. In addition, moderately-involved with recruiting activities for prospective students to Pharm.D. for the College of Pharmacy. Successfully cultivate and foster relationships with various stake-holders, ranging from current students, UH faculty, and alumni. These activities result in leading a volunteer-army of 70+ student-volunteers, 70+ interviewers, to conduct 8-10 interview-days/year.In 2018, led a successful migration from a 2-on-1 situation-based, 30 minute interview format to a 7 station multiple mini interview format, consisting of discussion-based and acting-based interview scenarios. In 2015, successfully led our admissions-team in migration to Early Admission process, resulting in 60+ binding commitments to our program.In 2012, led a successful migration from an in-house processing system (File-maker), to a national, centralized application-process (PharmCAS), resulting in a 15% increase in applications, as well as a higher yield of quality-applicants (higher GPAs & PCAT scores) to our program.
