As a Costumer Engagement Intern at Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN), I contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of health care delivery. I collaborate with various stakeholders, including health care providers, payers, and government agencies, to identify their needs and expectations, and to provide them with timely and accurate information and support. I also leverage my communication skills to create and deliver engaging presentations, reports, and newsletters that showcase the value and impact of MiHIN's products and services.I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Health Care Administration and Management at University of Michigan, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in economics, business planning, and risk management. I have a strong academic record and have completed multiple certifications in research ethics, human subjects protection, and COVID-19 contact tracing. I am passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities, and I aspire to become a leader and a change agent in the health care sector.
