I recently graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in sociology and minor in diversity studies. My studies have provided me with more knowledge to understand the past and present challenges other people have faced and the different theories surrounding them. Additionally, I have learned to conduct human research in an ethical and moral manner. With this knowledge, I have researched the affects of multitasking, and the perceived experience of people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community on Susquehanna’s campus. My latest research was on the difference between domestic and international airlines in their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Over the past four years while attending Susquehanna University, I have focused on growing myself professionally and personally. I have worked on my ability to mediate high-stress situations, multitask, professionally communicate needs, and delegate tasks. I have cultivated many of these skills by being a Resident Assistant and summer camp counselor for the past three years. In addition to being a resident assistant during the semester, was a waitress at a local fine-dining restaurant, a babysitter, and I participated in many different organizations on campus.Since I was young, I have recognized my passion for helping others. I have pursued this in many ways throughout my life, through volunteering, donations, home renovations, and philanthropic organizations. Which I hope to further pursue in my future career(s).I am currently searching for future job opportunities. Currently, I aspire to be a flight attendant, travel agent, or tour guide. In the future I aspire to be an HR manager, therefore I am always open to HR experience! However, I am open to other opportunities!
