I am currently the intake coordinator in charge of managing the firms intake process which includes oversight of prospective client requests and contact information, as well as collection of all relevant details to facilitate comprehensive understanding of all potential claims and allow for attorney determination of suitability for representation.I began as the receptionist for the firm, where I handled all incoming calls, and gained experience in handling an assortment of calls from prospective clients while either moving them through our intake process or helping to refer them for other resources. In this position I accurately managed all incoming mail and faxes and made sure they information was filed into our secure client management system and given to the appropriate staff member.I am comfortable in an array of situations that can occur in a law firm and handle everything with empathy and professionalism while providing unmatched customer service.
