As a member of the Population Health organization, we are working to identify holistic approaches to healthcare that leads to equity and outcome-based treatment solutions. As a member of a data analytics and science team, I am responsible for maintaining the existing systems that support the dashboards while architecting the data marts in the cloud computing environments.Notable development work and contributions are:- Playing a pivotal leadership role, building trust, problem solving, and driving solutions by anticipating potential issues and performing a collaborative deep dive to build trust.- Leading the data modeling and architecture efforts of the CPH platform. Created conceptual, logical, and physical models while ensuring an accurate representation of the functional requirements, data governance and data quality.- Responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing all data mart tables and data assets required to support Population Health/ECMC Azure cloud infrastructure.- Skilled in Enterprise Architecture, Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) using variety of tools which include but are not limited to Snowflake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure, Synapse Analytics, Python, PySpark , Azure DevOps (Version control and planning), Alteryx, Microsoft stack (TSQL, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Oracle Database, Greenplum Database.- Social Determinants of Health data mart design and build to enable analytics, predictive modeling and BI reporting.- Program and panel tracking data mart design and build for health equity.- Incorporate Type 1 and Type 3 slowly changing dimensions in Azure Delta Lake for reporting over time.- He consistently has been a great team member and been recognized by his manager and his co-workers for his warmth, great sense of humor, friendliness, support, and positivity.
