Utilizing my years of experience working for FBC in the United States I collaborated with the Freedom Boat Club Iberia team to compare US and Spain procedures. This involved sales, marketing, operations, and membership experiences. Throughout my research, I worked alongside sales, HR, and operations leaders to translate and produce a 100-page documentary detailing the cultural and market differences between the US and Spain with outlines to maximize success toward the satisfaction of the global member experience.

Striving to provide affordable access to the world's largest fresh body of water along Lake Superiors' stunning Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.In this role, I daily facilitated groups of 12 along the Pictured Rocks National Shoreline. This included providing a detailed safety demonstration before outings and in extreme circumstances being able to utilize USCG boat drills and Basic Life Saving (BLS) procedures. With an emphasis on fun and safety, I educated my clients on information about the local indigenous history, intriguing folklore, facts, and scientific rock formations. Additionally, utilizing my bilingual abilities, I was able to bring this wonderful experience to Spanish speakers in their native language as well.
