As a EMT/Firefighter I work alongside shifts going on calls that result in medical, fire. or auto vehicle related emergencies, having the knowledge of the correct PPE and instruments needed for a specific call. Keeping up-to-date certifications of the proper use of tools, emergency protocols and responses. Respond urgently to calls for patient transport and treatment, possible fire alarms, vehicle accidents, etc. Work with the community on public education programs, help local businesses and schools on evacuation plans, and ensure the proper installment of fire preventive measures in homes and public buildings. Transport patients to hospitals while treating and assisting the patient ensuring the wellbeing and health of the patient to the best of our abilities. Work to ensure that the firehouse, trucks and engines are all properly stocked and functioning. Do daily checks to ensure that tools and machines that may be needed are fully functioning and powered up in case of an emergency

As an Overnight Cabin Counselor I planned and lead weekly and daily activities with campers setting up said activities, supervising and facilitating, and safely setting down activities. I Developed weekly and daily lesson plans for multiple sets of campers for the success in learning new activities from our sports, performance, arts , and adventure-based clinics. I would also help create new ways we can incorporate more clinics we can offer in a safe, fun and affordable way. It was in my responsibilities to teach three clinics everyday for a week a different set of clinics every week. I would serve as a mentor to young men and women to learn and establish trust, initiative, responsibility, respect, joy, friendship, faith, confidence, self-love, independence and their importance in this world. I would watch and supervise all aquatics times and activities focusing on the protection and safety of every child.
