As a manager, I began to serve as a the day-to-day contact for smaller clients and ran various sections or business lines for some of the firm's biggest B2B and financial accounts. In the Spring of 2014, I formalized Peppercomm's internal CSR program and developed the framework and process for the firm's approach to pro bono work and services.
