After extensive research and planning, I founded Grehan Associates, a student-run communications firm at UK. I lead the firm as president from January 2018 - May 2019. As president I oversaw all operations and headed client recruitment both local and national. University of Kentucky partnered with the Lexington Philharmonic to plan and execute the Made in America Concert with the goal of increasing student ticket sales. I worked on the public relations team which included managing social media and press to promote the event in a way attractive to younger audiences. Our team was able to significantly increase student ticket sales.

As vice president of membership I developed and executed a strategic recruitment plan to best showcase Pi Beta Phi to potential new members. I led my chapter of over 200 women through the formal recruitment process by equipping them with training and essential communication skills. I increased my chapter's retention rates and exceeded quota for 2018 formal recruitment.

As membership assistant, I assisted the vice president of membership with planning and executing all aspects of formal recruitment. I was responsible for leading a recruitment committee of 20 people and delegating tasks to members.
