-Lead full-time and partial planning services for clients weddings and events.-Work closely with brides/grooms, their families, other clients and numerous vendors. -Design flower elements such as bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, compote vases, arch pieces, etc.-Manage teams to set up, run, and tear down events.-Design layouts, guest lists, invitations, and all decor elements via carefully curated design decks.-Manage client's budget, contracts and all planning aspects.

- Manage Wedding inquiries via email, phone line and website; contact potential clients in a timely manner and provide necessary follow up to ensure successful communication with client and Manager.- Run all appropriate financial pacing & revenue reports for the wedding team- Assist Wedding Manager in processing all room block, wedding event contracts and related deposits in timely manner.- Act as liaison between the Wedding Team and Sea Island's Marketing and Social Media Department for weekly social media posts including twitter, instragram, facebook and anniversary announcements.

Support the Events and Group Sales effort in the cultivation, planning and execution of museum special events and group programs.

- Assist with managing all event operations the day of the wedding- Help with event set-up and think creatively when helping with design and decor- Oversee event happenings and assist in resolving problems that may arise- Work well with an array of clients and vendors

- Assist in planning and executing weddings, fundraisers and member events- Produce contracts, Banquet Event Orders and invoices- Monitor and update budgets- Create design and decor concepts and products for events such as menus, table numbers, etc.- Participate regularly as banquet captain during events to lead food and beverage services
