I’m passionate about fostering academic engagement and achievement and have spent 20+ years supporting schools and districts across several states. I work systematically, designing strategies and tools that help administrators, teachers, and students succeed.I believe in setting ambitious goals, tracking progress, reengineering what doesn’t work, and giving respect to every person with whom I engage. I bring a deep understanding of instructional best practices, curriculum development, and culturally responsive teaching. I have honed my ability to address the unique needs of individual learners and ensure that all students have access to high-quality education.To date, I’ve worked with 2000+ teachers at 48 schools (elementary, middle, and high) and developed diagnostic and teaching tools that have been adopted at dozens more schools and multiple districts. My successes include:• Developing professional learning and coaching to address post-COVID academic challenges at 9 New York City Public Schools and 4 Catholic NYC elementary schools.• Creating strategies to combat learning deficits that occurred during early COVID shutdowns when students had limited or no access to online classrooms.•
