CurrentSupport CONUS and OCONUS deployments to properly maintain General Atomics fleet and allaircraft components using ETO and supporting documents. Qualified to operate Honeywell TPE 331 and Pratt and Whitney 545B engines for DEEC card completion. Work as a team with air crew to launch, recover and de-brief to make sure the mission has been completed safely and successfully. Carry out scheduled maintenance inspections on the MQ-9, MQ-1 and Predator C aircraft. Properly document aircraft maintenance in aircraft log books (781 forms), to keep aircraft current and up to airworthy standards. Assist in engineering software and flight operations testing. Maintain aircraft payload to make sure it is properly cleaned and is in the correct configuration for the mission. Pre-Flight aircraft with the flight crew to inspect for last minute discrepancies. Shift lead, hand out daily tasks and generate pass downs for day to day operations. Assist in loading and testing new aircraft software. Rig flight controls and engine controls. Troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies.
