Provide project management services for multiple clients by facilitating weekly client calls, directing internal teams to meet client priorities, and creating plans to increase the longevity of organizations through fundraising, donor engagement, and prudent financial management.

Ensure shelter is operating in compliance with all state and federal guidelines by overseeing physical safety of the facility, updating policies, maintaining databases, training of staff, and qualifications of shelter residents. Provide ongoing case management for clients, hotline services to those in crisis, and supervising all part-time and full-time staff and volunteers. Assist with the financial management of the shelter, including researching and applying for grants and hosting fundraisers.

Research funding opportunities and complete grant applications, ensuring organization follows all funder guidelines and reporting requirements.

Work with diverse populations to identify needs and motivate clients to complete service plans, utilizing contacts within Juvenile Court, local police, treatment providers, educational systems, and medical professionals. Facilitate the safe placement and oversight of children and complete necessary legal petitions for deprivation, reunification, termination of parental rights, and adoptions.
