Handpicked for this staff position out of 15 junior officers. Led 4 military personnel and 2 government civilians in the execution of Submarine School's information and personnel security programs. Directly administered and maintained the Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems. Drafted, briefed, and executed a Plan of Action & Milestones with a team of 7 government IT contractors for the Information Assurance remediation of the classified training network. This network supported 25 different courses and 10,000 students annually and was critical to the success of Naval Submarine School’s mission.
