During this time, I have been proud to have:• Successfully attained Site sign-off as a Level One Process Technician within 14 weeks, against a 20-week standard attainment schedule• Rapidly assimilated to a well-established team during a period of change and transformation, performing preventative maintenance, safety checks and documentation• Added value to two ‘wash-out projects’, bringing the Plant offline, cleaning out valves, granulator, pipes and components and following high risk protocol to ensure safe resumption of production within the fastest possible time• Working in physically challenging environments, performed Confined Space and Gas monitoring and Isolations of equipment, trained in correct application of PPE, Breathing Apparatuses & Zoot Suits• Trained in interpreting Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Standard Operating Procedures in SAP• Readily interpreted technical drawings (P&IDs) to determine best practice approach to conducting works, in particular in supporting the never before completed closure of the plant• Performed housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and efficient workplace Show less
