This was my first Job and helped me develop as a person and start to prepare for the world of work. while in this role a significant part of it was looking after customers serving food and helping to deliver high quality service. while working here I was expected to always be in uniform wearing shirt, tie and a waistcoat this helped me develop my personal presentational skills as I had to always look smart and clean. working as part of a team both communication and team working skills where critical to ensure the smooth running of service.time management and the ability to work fast and efficiently were crucial in order to ensure a high level of service. From working here I was also able to develop my interpersonal skills as my job was all about people and I was always in a team. This helped me to become a much more confident individual.
