As a customer service representative at Goose Creek Lake Subdivision I had a lot of responsibilities.I have learned how to communicate with all types of customers from the extremely happy ones to the rude ones rather that would be over the phone or in person. Also, working there we would be working constantly on a computer, so my knowledge with a computer are up to date. The type of work that I had to do was anything from the little things such as helping take out the trash, organizing the desk, help with cleaning, to actually helping customers with deed transfers, insurance companies, permits and so on.I recently was just rewarded employee of the month.

As a pool attendant I have to make sure that the pool is cleaned everyday, help customers with any questions, and promote the items that we sell.

As a unit secretary in the emergency department was a very big opportunity for me and I enjoyed it a lot! As a unit secretary I got to work hand in hand with nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors and many other occupations. My role was to keep everything in line from keeping the area clean to helping the doctors. I would have to call dispatch for nurses, call other facilities for the doctors and sometimes even call the doctor themselves. I would have to make patient packets for transfers, work in patients charts, update notes, and make phone calls also while answering the phone.This job was very fast paced, always busy, and there something new everyday. I have learned to be a good listener, detail oriented, and have the understanding of how things operate.
