• With the Director, develop social media plan, identify goals and measure successes.
• Actively post social media content across multiple platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist in preparation and management of annual communications plan; coordinate, when appropriate, with University and College staff on communications materials.

• Assist faculty and students with developing Multimedia projects.
• Conduct advanced training workshops for Student Technology Mentors and other IDAs.
• Provide classroom instructional assistance and tutorials.
• Supervise the ePortfolio Studio Lab and provide assistance to faculty and students.
• Design and develop faculty and institutional web pages.
• Provide one-on-one consultation in the use of instructional technologies and web page design.

-Provided assistance in the use of various technology tools for research, web development, document production, and ePortfolio development.-Provided assistance for computer users, both students and faculty, in the application of instructional technology.
