I created and sold artisan mechanical keyboard peripherals, tracking community trends to ensure success of releases. I managed a community on Discord in a server I built and moderated, and a Ko-fi membership community with paid subscribers. I created content for and engaged with the community and customers on X (Twitter), Instagram, Reddit and Ko-fi, and I’ve established collaborations with vendors, designers and influencers to cross-promote our mutual work.

I designed apparel and managed sales listings, optimized SEO, tracked sales data and analytics to implement growth strategies that led to a 29% increase in revenue yoy in my first 12 months, managed marketing with on and off-site ads (google ads, bing ads, etc) as well as social media promotions. I managed all customer, client and vendor communication which led to a satisfaction rating increase from 4 to 5 stars in my first 6 months in the position.

As a senior technician I managed inventory, handled employee scheduling, trained new employees and interns, and lead a program to increase customer satisfaction by tracking KPIs and implementing strategies that improved our overall rating score.
