-Manage day-to-day operations in a high volume restaurant setting, including but not limited to brunch, lunch, and dinner service, special events, & catering delivery orders-Interview, hire, and train a team of 40+ front of house team members -Oversee all employee scheduling in front of house-Maintain soft good, bar, paper good, & office supply inventory and budget -Update Social Media as well as POS, WordPress, and InDesign menus

-Oversee & schedule all off-site events, write server function sheets, attend pre-event walk throughs, work with on site coordinators and event staff to execute events properly, manage and lead staff through indoor and/or outdoor banquet service while ensuring total client satisfaction-Manage floor shifts in restaurant, create & lead pre-shift, foster team environment, provide excellent customer service

-Provide customer service in a unique team system restaurant, including greeting, table service, food expediting, and bussing-Work off site catering events, set-up and tear-down-Open duties (Set-up bar, set-up service floor, clean bathrooms and employee areas, etc.)-Close duties (Put away and clean all barware and equipment, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, etc.)

-Provide banquet service for a variety of indoor and outdoor events, including set-up and break down-Write server function sheet prior to event (assign tasks to servers, schedule timeline of event)-Manage and lead staff throughout the duration of events while ensuring total client satisfaction-Update and maintain social media and website, including blog posts, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as keeping events up to date for various restaurants and venues

• Update and organize family schedule (appointments, meetings, school events, household maintenance etc.)• Sort, organize, and donate various items• Pay bills, write checks• Prepare allergen specific meals and snacks (Gluten and dairy free)• Laundry, dishes, and general household assistance and organization

• Open duties (Set up bar, prep iced drinks, brew coffee, etc.)• Make and serve bar drinks (e.g. espresso drinks, coffee drinks, specials, steamers, teas, etc.)• General restaurant upkeep (e.g. dusting, washing dishes, sweeping, etc.)• Perform cashier duties• Provide customer service

*There is a time gap from August 2012-August 2013 while I lived in another state• Help with schoolwork • Plan and execute creative/educational activities with the children (e.g. arts & crafts, reading logs, kid friendly recipes etc.)• Provide transportation to and from various lessons and/or school• Prepare meals and snacks for children according to dietary restrictions (egg free)

• Open and closing duties for dining or banquet service • Provide customer service to country club members in a fine dining setting, including expediting and bussing. (Brunch, lunch, and dinner)• Provide banquet service for various events, including bartending and serving (e.g. set-up/break-down, drink service, buffet replenishment, bussing duties, etc.)• Beverage cart service to golfers (e.g. prepare and serve cocktails, serve beer, soft drinks, and snacks, etc.)• Counter service in deli-style golf and tennis restaurant
