As the Founder and Director of the Foot Forward Academy Transition Initiative, I lead our efforts to support young athletes navigating the critical transition from football academies to the next stages of their lives. My role involves strategic oversight and development of partnerships with globally recognized brands to create a holistic support system for these individuals. I am deeply committed to enhancing their mental, emotional, and career well-being by facilitating connections with influential brands and creating opportunities that foster career development and personal growth.

I worked with the team at Duetti identify talent and report back potential back catalog that could be acquired.

Responsibilites would include: Identifying talented independent artists with potential upside, often exploring back catalog for acquisition. We reported weekly on our findings to ONErpm after compiling the information from artists/talent managers.

During my time at Soundcloud I compiled weekly reports on global talent for the US based A+R team. Once talent was identified, I then gathered royalty analytics for the finance team to draw up an offer.

Steering the music arm of the platform,Leading in events & content production for the website and social channels. Working on multiple collaborative activations with Nike aswell as Hennessy, Havana Club & Champion. exciting artists at home in the UK and working with huge global talents such as Rema & Juicewrld.
