After gaining employment with Stick-it, Morgan's initial placement was in Richmond Queensland to work on cattle yards on a property 100km north west of Richmond. Morgan came home during the wet season and studied in block training, from there he gained employment in March 2013 in mixed broadacre farming.Morgan was a farm hand assisting in fertilizing, planting winter crop, harvesting (chaser bin driving). cattle work, fencing, general farm maintenance. In March 2014 Morgan finished his block training.
