Identified key areas of improvement in report generations, proactively went above and beyond to diligently assist in the development of cutting-edge real-time reporting system which turns observations from the field to actionable computer-generated reports, effectively boosting workplace efficiency. Developed high level reports and SWMS documentation for Electroluminescence Imaging (EL Testing) for inspecting installed panels for micro-cracks and other anomalies. Morgan Started with Stick-it Rural Training in July 2012. After gaining employment with Stick-it, Morgan's initial placement was in Richmond Queensland to work on cattle yards on a property 100km north west of Richmond. Morgan came home during the wet season and studied in block training, from there he gained employment in March 2013 in mixed broadacre farming.Morgan was a farm hand assisting in fertilizing, planting winter crop, harvesting (chaser bin driving). cattle work, fencing, general farm maintenance. In March 2014 Morgan finished his block training.
