As Training Specialist, I support the development of Anavo's virtual and in-person training events. I optimize registration and enrollment processes, and collaborate with Anavo's training vendors to develop and refine curricula. Most recently, I have embarked on a journey to gain expertise in accessibility so that I can ensure that Anavo's trainings are inclusive and accessible to all

- Conceptualized and organized first remote conference for CEU’s Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies - Gathered 100+ researchers from around the world to discuss topics in both the social sciences and humanities

- Managed international team of translators to complete an average of 150 translations per month - Edited and proofread all translations in Arabic, French, German, and Spanish - Communicated with government and private clients to ensure the successful realization of their requests - Collaborated with ALS team members to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the quality of our deliverables

- Taught in-person, one-to-one sessions in reading, spelling, and language comprehension for children and adults- Customized proven sensory-cognitive techniques to target individual clients’ individual learning needs

- Engineered, organized, and led all-inclusive outdoors wilderness expeditions for USC student clients- Created and delivered engaging presentations to introduce and sell expedition trips to potential clients- Analyzed data on past expeditions and expenses to revamp company budget calculation system

- Collaborated with Professor of history Sarah Gualtieri in designing a plan of inquiry for her research projects- Reviewed and summarized academic journals and magazines in French and Arabic

- Coordinated a 5-week research project to strengthen relations between USC GlobeMed and their partner in Ghana- Analyzed maternal health program efficacy, documented community needs, and developed a Memorandum of Understanding with Care Net staff for the subsequent year - Organized travel arrangements for the four visiting interns including flights, lodging, and visa and vaccination requirements- Planned and executed budgets for team travel finances and oversaw grant application processes

- Arranged logistics and acquired sponsorships for TruCore’s annual 5K Run in Kildeer, IL- Created and sustained TruCore’s social media presence with daily informational content to attract new clients

- Taught English and technology skills to primary school students in rural southern India- Spearheaded social media fundraising campaign directed towards prospective donors
