Welcome! I'm an Associate Workforce Strategy Consultant at Designforce with a people-first approach in efforts to create a positive environment within the built community. I'm primarily focused on career development and coaching for AEC professionals, however, in addition to mentoring career professionals, I work directly with executives in the AEC industry to ensure their teams and resources are in harmony with their organizational values and objectives.
