I have helped clients both pursue and defend themselves from litigation in district courts across the country, including throughout Texas, the Northern District of California, and before the ITC. Having handled cases from both sides, I am able to anticipate and out-strategize my opposing counsel. My clients include some of the country’s leading telecommunications, video streaming, semiconductor, electronics, and network security companies. I also have substantial experience litigating inter partes review proceedings before the PTAB and have had a high success rate in preventing institution for patent owners, and the institution of IPR on behalf of accused infringers.In addition to my practice and in honor of my family’s veterans, I volunteer with the Veteran’s Consortium Pro Bono Program, which provides pro bono legal services to veterans and their family members. I also serve on the Baker Botts Employment Committee, and the Membership Committee of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association.
