• Assist team members with order questions/issues, i.e. how to handle, pricing discrepancies, Boundless covering dollars, etc• Work with team members to facilitate issue resolution for order escalations • Work with the Sales Support Manager on developing and managing individual Performance Improvement Plans as needed• Develop and manage individual training and the onboarding process for up to the first six months of employment, including the 90 day review process, etc, notifying Support Manager of any concerns or challenges• Inspect completed work / TW tasks / orders for quality and quantity during training process, evaluate success and provide performance feedback per request from the Sales Support Manager • Develop and maintain the team Lesson.ly learning platform• Help manage departmental cross-training sessions for the team• Coordinate team attendance at local trade shows and internal Lunch and Learns• Ensure that team members apply all Support policies and order procedures as appropriate and reach out to management for assistance when needed• Manage and track team PTO, including morning call outs, late to work texts, etc, and document PTO coverage schedule accordingly• Run and disseminate weekly Overdue In Hands Date reports to ensure timely order processing and client invoicing • Work with accounting leads and accounting manager to ensure success of mutual internal and external processes• Work with Sales Support Manager to determine when trainees are ready for coverage and/or assignments• Assist the Sales Support Manager with workload balancing if/as needed• Assist the Sales Support Manager with the new hire interview process as needed• Assist the Sales Support Manager with managing the afterhours team schedule and email• Provide outstanding customer service in handling issue resolution and sales/client escalations during the training process, with support from team manager as needed
